Mallory was insanely helpful, communicative, thorough and all around a JOY to have as our lender. She moved our close to after the storm so she could order another inspection free to us. It was soooo thoughtful and truly gave us peace of mind going forward. Once we found a house finally make an offer, we were prepared thanks to her having been on top of the mountains of docs we've submitted over the several months. I can't say enough how much I appreciated her always being there for a call, email or text to answer any questions we had. The loan process once we were under contract was outstanding. We were informed of all the steps during the process of the loan and always knew our current standing at any point of the way.
